A VOTE WAS TAKEN AT THE COUNTY BOARD MEETING ON MARCH 14, 2012 TO DECIDE ON PLACING A REFERENDUM ON THE NOVEMBER BALLOT ALLOWING TAXPAYERS TO DECIDE IF THEY WANT A TAXPAYER FUNDED RURAL BUS SYSTEM. THE MEASURE FAILED. A MAJORITY OF THE BOARD VOTED AGAINST GRANTING THAT PRIVILEGE TO YOU.
